02/14/11 - Added meeting minutes from the 02/04/11 meeting

9/15/10 - The next meeting, while originally scheduled for 9/20 has been postponed

5/5/10 - A letter was mailed to all property owners of record (according to the Fremont County Assessor's Office) detailing the history of the current "W4447" issue before all of the property owners. The letter emphasized the importance of all property owners to become involved. A copy of the letter can be downloaded via this link

03/15/2010- A meeting was held at the Howard Fire Station to discuss the current status of the W4447 water board case. Approx. 50 persons +/- were present to hear the update presented by Edgar and Chip. It was determined that the necessary quorum was present to officially elect the first board of directors of the Acres of Ireland Well Owners LLC. Elections were held and board members chosen. This was the first meeting under the umbrella of the Acres of Ireland Well Owners LLC. Meeting minutes are posted under the "W4447" link above.
